In November 2021, AppHarvest launched a Direct-to-Consumer platform selling our first product - The Food Fight Salsa. The surrounding campaign, highlighting our dedication to an American-owned resilient food system, invited everyone to “Join the Food Fight” by supporting the future of farming.
AppHarvest was a sustainable, agtech startup in Kentucky with large-scale, indoor farms growing tomatoes and leafy greens.
